I have decided to create a new category on my blog and post just a few things on my gym work and my fitness training. I hope some readers will comment and give their opinions, even ask questions.

I swam for **Great Britain** and am a qualified personal trainer with a degree in Coach Education & Sports Performance from Bath University Performance Centre. I really know my own body and train well and hard, and I seem to get good results I want to excel on this before I begin to get over the hill! Any information/links that can help me along the way will be much appreciated.
